Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ber33 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ber33 website, its games, promotions, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ber33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ber33 will notify registered players by posting an updated version on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered phone number. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ber33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. ber33 applies a strict minimum age policy. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
• 2You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information, including a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
• 3You may hold only one active account on ber33. Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• 4You must not be subject to self-exclusion, a cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that you have previously requested from ber33 or from another licensed operator.
• 5You must use ber33 strictly for personal entertainment purposes. Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, operating a betting syndicate, or acting as an agent for third parties in connection with the Platform is prohibited.

Account Registration, KYC Verification, and Security

ber33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm player identity, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and protect minors from accessing the Platform. All players must complete KYC before requesting their first withdrawal.

KYC Documents Required

Players are required to submit a clear, unedited photograph of a valid government-issued identity document. Accepted documents include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. ber33 may additionally request a selfie for liveness verification, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address, and, for withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction, a source-of-funds declaration. Documents must be submitted via the account verification section of the Platform within 72 hours of the first withdrawal request. Failure to provide documents within this window will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

Account Security and Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ber33 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact ber33 support immediately. ber33 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their login credentials or failed to notify ber33 of a suspected breach in a timely manner.

Account Suspension and Closure

ber33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the account has been used in violation of these Terms, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the account holder is found to be ineligible. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting live support; any eligible withdrawal of remaining funds will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ber33 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). ber33 supports a range of local payment methods to ensure fast, cost-free access to funds for players across Bangladesh.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on ber33 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers. Deposits are generally credited to the player's account within minutes of confirmation. ber33 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking their provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes; unverified accounts will have withdrawals held pending completion of KYC. ber33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 per transaction. Repeated or unusual withdrawal patterns may trigger an enhanced due-diligence review under ber33's anti-money laundering procedures, which may extend processing times.

Currency and Conversion

ber33 operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. All game stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and account balances are displayed in BDT. If your payment provider settles in a different currency, any conversion will be handled by the provider at their prevailing exchange rate, and ber33 accepts no responsibility for any resulting exchange-rate differences.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ber33 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page before the player opts in. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotional offers on ber33:

• 1Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Players subject to self-exclusion or other responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses.
• 2Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement which will be specified on the promotion page. • 5ber33 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional loophole. Decisions made by ber33 in relation to bonus abuse are final.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ber33 is committed to providing a fair, safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• 1Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game. Players who identify a technical error must report it to ber33 support immediately and must not attempt to benefit from it.
• 2Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• 3Colluding with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live casino games, sharing hole cards in poker variants, or any other form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over ber33 or other players.
• 4Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime through the Platform. ber33 will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

ber33 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ber33 will take immediate remedial action, which may include the voiding of all associated bets and winnings, the freezing of account balances pending investigation, and the referral of the matter to law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

ber33 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a suite of self-management tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools include adjustable daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders that alert players after a set period of continuous play; a cooling-off feature allowing players to temporarily suspend account access for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks; and a self-exclusion option that permanently restricts access to the Platform. Intellectual Property

All content on the ber33 Platform, including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, video content, audio, and interface design (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is the exclusive property of ber33 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of ber33.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ber33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if ber33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ber33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While ber33 takes all reasonable technical precautions to ensure Platform availability and security, temporary service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond ber33's reasonable control. In such events, ber33 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable and to communicate any planned downtime to players in advance where possible.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

ber33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they could reasonably be expected to affect a player's rights or obligations — ber33 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform, shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. ber33 operates as a platform intended for use by residents of Bangladesh and construes these Terms consistently with the standard practices of the international online gaming industry.
